The idea
What this is
It replaces the spreadsheet budget model. Pharmacy fills refresh in the background; people add judgment on top. Staffing, buying, and the money screens all read the same plan.

Where do the numbers come from?
Weekly fills from the pharmacies refresh in the background. Planners add judgment on top — a week-by-week change, or a scenario they try first.
What is a scenario?
A what-if plan that stays on its own until someone makes it official. Labor, purchasing, and the other planning screens follow the official plan unless you pick a different scenario.
Why can I not edit?
Viewers can read everything but cannot change the forecast. Ask for Planner access to adjust weeks and scenarios, or Ops Admin to maintain products, headcount, and clinic mappings. Access is granted on the Users & access page, not by signing in alone.
